Email Verified Good Play but Room for Improvement
Overall good play but room for improvementPros:*GREAT acting *good action scenes*clean theatre*good story line*theatre is beautiful *parking close to entrance*set an age suggestion (this play is really not appropriate for young kids; we had a kid about 5 yrs. old behind us and was complaining about not being able to see and was scared often & talked often...don't bring your littles)Cons:*first half is walking & standing-- you walk down a dark trail as you stop for scenes*no trail lighting so people had out their cell phones using them as flashlights--totally killed the spooky mood*major issue!!--along the walking trail, can't see the actors if your short cause tall people standing right in front of you*while on walking path--hard to hear if you're not in the very front*website said "walk with the cast" but my group thought it was a metaphor and didn't realize that we'd be walking & standing for almost an hour (it was difficult for our older people)*would like to have seen some more decorations to set the spooky mood--The Sleepy Hallow play was awesome w/the sets & ghouls, this play not so muchWe hope they continue doing plays this spooky time of year! It's a great evening out but next time please have seating for the play. Ultimately we recommend going, just be aware of the first half being a "walking tour for almost an hour."
